7th & 8th Grade Students
2024/25 - 7th & 8TH GRADE ACADEMY application will open november 1, 2024
DEADLINE for academy application is: december 20, 2024 / 11:59PM
1st Session to be held on January 2025 / Sessions will be conducted once a month until May of 2025
High School Students
INSTITUTE 2024/25 ACADEMIC YEAR APPLICATION - is now OPEn through - June 1, 2024
1) Complete online application
Make sure to provide complete information for both student and parents.
After the application is completed please submit your application fee. See step 6 for more details.
2) Essay Requirement
This section is located on the online application and serves to demonstrate your passion, goals for the future and your commitment.
3) Transcript (Due on June 1, 2024)
An unofficial copy is required from incoming students.
If you are an incoming 9th grade applicant, please have a copy of your most recent report card.

4) Recommendation
All New applicants must include at least one recommendation in the application that is a teacher, counselor, coach, AGUILA Alumni, or employer. Family members will not be accepted to complete the recommendation. The recommendation form link can be found above, please notify your evaluator you have selected to complete before June 1, 2024.
Returning Students are not required to submit a recommendation form.

5) pROGRAM Fee
A $50.00 program fee (cash, check, money order, or online via Paypal link here) is required to complete the application.
If there is financial hardship scholarships are made available through The Valder Legacy with required documentation of need. Please contact Monica Avila at (602) 518-0612 if there is financial hardship.
